How to buy

To place an order, tick on the model, size and colour you want. Once you have selected your products, finish your order and make payment.

The payment methods accepted for purchasing at this web page are: Credit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

If you chose to make payment by bank transfer, on the order confirmation screen, you will see the account number you must make payment into: IBAN: ES4501285035510100000203. Bank: Bankinter

Once we have received your payment slip, you will receive your order by MRW courier service within one week. (Please, note that bank transfers take 48 hours to display in our bank statement).

Once you have placed an order, if we have not received payment within 5 days, we will proceed to cancel the order.

* MRW , is the transport agency we use in Spain. For deliveries outside Spain, a Local transport agency will deliver your order.

1. Shipping

The shipping cost is calculated per order,regardless of the amount of items on the purchase order, and depends on the geographical zone of delivery.

  • Mainland Spain & Andorra: EUR 6
  • Balearic Islands: EUR 9
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: EUR 15
  • Portugal: EUR 10
  • European countries (Area 1): 20 EUR (Austria, Belgium, France, Monaco, Germany, Holland,  Italy, Luxembourg, and United Kingdom).
  • European countries (Area 2): 35 EUR (Czech Republic, Ireland, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Switzerland & Norway).
  • No delivery service is available in the rest of the world.

2. When you will receive your order:

 

To know the exact date of receipt of your order, you must take the following into account:

  • Standard delivery times are working hours: from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • MRW makes 2 delivery attempts on consecutive business days at the address you provide us. If there is nobody at the said address, they will leave a delivery notice with the delivery attempt details. If after 2 attempts, the shipment has not been successfully delivered, MRW will get in touch with you to arrange a delivery timetable, or for you to pick it up at their branch.
  • You can get in touch with MRW after the first delivery attempt to arrange delivery for the following business day. Usually, if you contact MRW before 6 p.m., you may arrange delivery on the following day. Please, note that MRW requires at least a 9 to 14-hour notice in advance.

We highly recommend you to provide us with a delivery address where there is always someone present in working hours.

There are no deliveries available to PO Boxes.

2.1 I would like MRW to contact me before delivery or to tell me the exact time I am going to receive my order. 

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot offer this service. Each shipment vehicle transports hundreds of packages and it would be impossible to arrange a time with every client.

We always advise our clients to give a delivery address where there is always someone during working hours, such as, a working address, since this address may not be changed.

Usual delivery times are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

3. Availability of products and manufacturer´s guarantee

All the products on the web are available. In case of a mistake in the stock list, we will contact you to check the order or cancel it, issuing a refund where appropriate. If the product, size or colour you are looking for is not displayed on the web, it is out of stock.

Munsuri SL Guarantees its product’s quality. If any product contains visual product manufactures defects. The customer has the option to change the detect product for a new one without defect or to return the product and to the reimbursement of the product price within fifteen days of the purchase day.

4. Return and exchange of items

Returns are only accepted as long as they are returned in their original packaging, unused and with original labels. They can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. The return shipping costs will be borne by the client.

The return procedure is the following: 

1. If you want to exchange it for another model, size or colour, please make another purchase order and select the products you want. Once you have finished your purchase, go to checkout and under the comments box, write down the products you are returning and the order reference number. The new order must be paid, as it will be processed as a new order. The courier who delivers the new items will collect the ones you are not interested in. As soon as we have checked the condition of the items you have returned, we will issue a refund based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We will not bear any shipping costs, as they have already been incurred.

2. If you do not want an exchange, but a return, please send an e-mail to clientes@munsuri.com stating the order reference number and the products you are returning. The shipping fees will be borne by the client.

As soon as we have checked the condition of the items you have returned, we will issue a refund based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We will not bear any shipping costs, as they have already been incurred.
